Official Submission Deadline: May 15th, 2009

Short Film submission call for the 4th Annual Talent 1 Media Film festival has officially begun! We are currently accepting films for this year’s festival until May 15th. Filmmakers will be notified of acceptance within 2 weeks of submission. Thank You to all those who submitted films last year. We are looking forward to another excellent film screening this year!

Submission Guidelines:

1. Films must not exceed 15-minutes.

2. Films about social justice issues are encouraged but are not required.

2. Films with excessive violence, nudity and/or profanity will not be accepted.

3. Film-makers should be familiar with pertinent legal ramifications regarding the distribution and sales of their films (i.e. copyrights, location permits, music licensing etc.).

4. Films that deal with spiritual themes are encouraged. However, films themselves are not required to be overtly spiritual.

5. Film-makers, in order to produce the highest quality project possible, are encouraged to journey through the process of professional filmmaking from developing the story, to raising finance, to writing the script, casting, hiring crews, and breaking down the script to the best of your abilities and resources.

6. Submissions must include (3) still images from the film and (3) Production stills.
